2. Menu: Serve a variety of tacos with different fillings, such as chicken, beef, pork, fish, and vegetarian options. Provide a toppings bar with shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and hot sauce. Serve margaritas, beer, and other Mexican-style beverages.
